Hey there everyone,

As we getting closer to the end of this year, I just wanted to share with you all my new year's revolutions, how to keep doing it until the end and not giving up in a week.

Here are my 25 year revolutions:

1. Start waking up at 5 o'clock every morning. When you read this you much be thinking, "yeah right", but doing this, helps your motivation and enjoy your day more and do more. What you and I can do to reach this goal, is by setting your alarm earlier little by little, so your brain gets used to it. Also if you know someone who wakes up at that time, asked then to text you, your call you to make sure you already awake. For me is my mum as she wakes up at that time already. Also, download apps like, F.lux- which warms up your devise screen according to the time you have to go bed, that way your eyes get tired and are getting ready for bed time. Alarm clock Plus, also helps by waking up your brain by making you do maths when turning your alarm off, don't worry you can pick how hard the math is.

2. Calling my family every week to catch up. This helps your relationship with your family and to catch up and to ask and give advise. You can plan this out ,on what time and who do you call in which day of the week. You can also add the time, date and who on your phone calendar.

3. Make 3 new good friends. By doing this, your are growing your friends group and adding a different point of view and more fun/good memories to your life and the other person's.

4. Exercise for 30 minutes every day. It is obvious, this makes you healthier and it is also a way to keep you off your mind and distracting your self. If you don't have 30 minutes to spear, how about 7? 7 minute work out app is perfect for this, either doing a simple workout to working a part of your body in specific.

5. Only watch Netflix during the Weekend. How about deleting Netflix off your phone or tablet? Only access it on your laptop or you TV? That way you are not able to download things on your phone or laptop.

6. Go on a Date every month. This date can be with your friends, boyfriend or your self. For me it's more with my friends as I need to socialise more and to have actual fun.

7. Go out to somewhere and just spend time with my self explore my interests. By doing this, it helps to explore different parts of me and spend some time with my self without over thinking things, and distracting my self with whatever it is. For example, playing a sport once a week, or playing a new instrument, or learning a new skill, or just going for a walk or dance class.

8. Make plans with my friends once a month to catch up. Sometimes, you distance yourself from some people and you really wish you could catch up or see them again. Why not schedule a date once a month to catch up or going out to keep that relationship in your life.

9. Spend less time on my phone. Turn off your phone when watching a movie, or when you are doing exercise, or when you at work or doing course work. If Someone wants to reach you, they can call your house phone or call your work.

10. Socialise more with my friends. This can also connect with going on a date but, this for me means to actually going out with my friends to events, fun fairs, restaurant or festival, somewhere we can talk and laugh, instead of going somewhere that involve not speaking.

11. Sleep full hours. Going bed early and waking up early but with 9 hours sleep. Fully recharged, doing this will make your mood positive, happier, healthier and productive.

12. Drink more water. Doing this is not easy, but keeping a bottle of water next to your bed, helps you to drink first thing in the morning. Also having a reminder on your phone also helps. Doing this will, not just be healthy for you but also keep your motivation up and it is better for your skin as well.

13. Go camping twice a year. This is a personal goal as I love camping and I actual which I done it more. Also being around nature is healthier for you, not just for your body but mind.

14. Only buy things I actually need. This helps you, with managing your money but also with buying things that you don't need and just occupy space.

15. Save up a little something each week. Doing this is healthier for your budget and in case of a rainy day or need to buy something that you really wanted, like travel, a new camera or laptop, or a car.

16. Write on a Prayer Journal. For me as I am a christian, really helps because lets me keep track of what I want to pray for, for who and whatever situation is.

17. Keep a jar of things I am thankful for each day and review it at the end of each month. By doing this I get reminded by all the good things in my life and it grows my positivity.

18. Put my phone away 1 hour before going bed. This defiantly helps if you trying to go bed early and waking up early. Makes your eyes bed ready.

19. Send Thank you cards for those you really impact my life. This again, will make you really appreciate people in your life and also showed them that you care.

20. Read 1 book a month. This will grow your vocabulary but also act as a distraction if you someone who overthinks and open your creative mind.

21. Only order take out once a month. Cutting down on fast food is very health but will also think about your budget and will safe you a lot of money.

22. Cut down on oily foods. Oily food it's not just on take out food but also depends on what you cook. Swapping oil to olive oil, or butter, can really make a change.

23. Grow my nails. Again this is a personal goal but if you want to do this, wearing groves when you washing dishes, prevents breaking, also painting you nails before shower also prevents breaking.

24. Go on a road trip. Personal goal as well, plus I really wanna go on a road trip with my friends, just travel and explore de country for a week end.

25. Continue with my travel plans. Write down where you next wanna travel too, check the average money you would spend on that trip. Check when you wanna go and check with your budget and how much you could save up, either each week or month.
